Michael StilbMichael Stilb
Mr. Stilb has over forty years of experience in the field of commercial and residential real estate development, encompassing management and brokerage, budget and finance, construction management and general contracting, receivership administration, marketing and leasing, and site analysis and utilization. He was formerly the Managing Director for CBRE Asset Services for Southern Arizona from 2002-2014. Mr. Stilb was affiliated with Tekton Homes in 1972 as an Assistant Vice President, from 1972-1983 with Haven Development & Management Corporation as Vice President, and from 1983-1986 with HDC, Inc. as Vice President and Principal. Mr. Stilb is currently the Managing Partner of four office complexes, two shopping centers and two self storage facilities.

Mike attended the University of Arizona, majoring in Landscape Architecture/Land Planning. He currently is a member of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee of the Arizona Aerospace Foundation as well as a member of the Tucson Airport Authority.


Property Management Team:

Andrea Krug, Senior Property Manager
Andrea is a results-oriented professional with more than 20 years' experience in commercial real estate. Andrea manages office, retail, and self-storage facilities. Her responsibilities include preparation of annual budgets, reconciling common area maintenance charges, monthly Management Reports, and management of accounts receivables. She is involved in the construction management for the company, which includes coordinating subcontractors, preparing job cost estimates, and ordering materials.

Andrea has been a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for 14 years.

Andy Gregory, C.R.B., Senior Property Manager
Andy has been in residential and commercial real estate in Tucson since 1986 and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona. He has held a wide range of positions, including commercial office and retail leasing for Grubb & Ellis, home sales for Robson Communities, and property management for NAI Horizon, overseeing 2.2 million square feet of retail and office space in Tucson.

Andy's certifications include the Designation of Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager through the National Association of Realtors, Board Member for the Building Owners and Managers Association in Tucson, as well as past President of the Tucson Men's Arts Council for the Tucson Museum of Art. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Andy served our Country as an Airborne Infantry Officer in the United States Army.

Leticia (Lety) Hurtado, Property Manager
Lety has been with M.A.S. Real Estate Services, Inc., since 2014 and holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the state of Arizona. Her current portfolio includes numerous Federal and State Government-leased properties, including the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), U.S. Marshalls Service, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, U.S. Census Bureau, Social Security Administration, and State of Arizona Department of Economic Security and Department of Child Services offices.

Lety is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association in Tucson and the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.


Accounting Team:

Carolyn Thurston, Controller
Carolyn Thurston graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in economics and joined MAS Real Estate Services in 2004. Carolyn has been involved in real estate accounting for 19 years, with experience in REIT, Joint Venture and Third-Party real estate accounting. She began her career at Regency Centers, LP as a Lease Administrator and eventually was promoted to the role of Accounting Supervisor. Currently, she is responsible for all financial aspects of a portfolio with an NOI of $11 million and total leasable area of 3 million square feet.

Today, Carolyn is responsible for all phases of accounting for M.A.S. Real Estate Services, M.A.S. Development, and all managed properties. She works closely with the Property Managers and Property Owners, oversees the Accounting Department, Human Resources, and processes company payroll.

Eileen Morris, Senior Property Accountant
Eileen Morris has been a Property Accountant for M.A.S. Real Estate Services, Inc. for 13 years. She is responsible for the day-to-day receivables and payables, maintaining bank accounts, and preparation of all monthly reports for property activity. Eileen also performs the day-to-day accounting functions for both M.A.S. Real Estate Services and M.A.S. Development.

Eileen holds an Associate's degree in accounting from Green River Community College near Seattle, Washington. She has over 18 years of accounting experience with 13 years specializing in property management, and 5+ years with a CPA firm.

Debi Seidl, Senior Property Accountant
Debi joined MAS Real Estate Services in May of 2018 with over 30 years of accounting experience. She is responsible for the day-to-day receivables and payables, maintaining bank accounts, and preparation of all monthly financial reports for her portfolio of properties.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, she began her accounting career with a Tucson-based commercial retail and office property management company. Thereafter, she served as an Accounting Manager. Debi furthered her accounting and operations management career with several non-profit organizations, including hunting and wildlife conservation, education, golf, and Social Services.
